Mickey adjusted his tall white chef's hat and clapped his gloved hands together. "Today is the day, Goofy!" he announced happily. "We are going to build the tallest, tastiest sandwich the world has ever seen!"
Goofy stumbled into the room, his arms overflowing with tomatoes, lettuce, and blocks of Swiss cheese. "I brought everything, Mickey!" he chuckled, wobbling back and forth. "I even found a bottle of 'Super Springy Sauce' in the back of the pantry!"
They stacked the ingredients higher and higher until the sandwich almost touched the kitchen light. It had ten layers of cheese and twelve pickles! "Now for the secret ingredient," Goofy said, pouring the purple Springy Sauce all over the top bun.
Suddenly, the sandwich began to shake and wiggle on the plate. With a loud "BOING!" sound, the lunch jumped right off the table and bounced onto the refrigerator! "Gawrsh!" cried Goofy. "Our sandwich is escaping!"
Mickey grabbed a butterfly net and chased the hopping sandwich around the kitchen island. The sandwich was fast, bouncing off the walls and knocking over the salt shaker. "Come back here, you delicious lunch!" Mickey shouted.
Goofy noticed that the sandwich bounced to the beat of the radio playing in the corner. "Stop chasing it, Mickey!" Goofy laughed. "It just wants to dance!" Goofy started clapping his hands, and the sandwich stopped running to do a little wiggle.
They decided they couldn't eat such a talented dancer, so they put the sandwich in the garden to play. Mickey and Goofy sat down with bowls of tomato soup instead. "This is much safer," Mickey laughed, "and much less bouncy!"
